Protein Sequencing
ITQB Protein Sequencing Service has
been working since 1989 and offers
a wide range of expertise on protein and peptide sequencing, providing
other associated services including protein digestions for internal
sequencing, protein mapping and RP-HPLC purification.
N-terminal sequencing of liquid or PVDF-electroblotted samples is carried out on an Applied Biosystems Procise 491 HT, in gas phase or pulsed-liquid mode, according to manufacturer's specifications.
All results generated in this laboratory are kept confidential and not disclosed to a third part without the consultation of the client.
