S-SAD diffraction data phasing of macromolecule single crystals from home and Synchrotron X-ray sources
The course, now in its second edition, will teach state of the art methods and protocols in the collection, processing, scaling and phasing of S-SAD diffraction data from crystals of macromolecules aimed at obtaining the best possible interpretable map prior to model building.
