Abstract:
Leaders of research groups have a fundamental role in shaping the future of research and researchers. This seminar will focus on a number of key coaching skills important to increase personal effectiveness and build a strong and cohesive team.

WHO CAN ATTEND: All interested in improving leadership competences.
Speaker's short biography
Paula Pinto has a PhD in Biochemistry, and she is a lecturer at Polytechnic Institute of Santarém and collaborator in the Molecular Nutrition and Health Laboratory (iBET/ITQB-NOVA). She is a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Professional Coaching Trainer. Paula is also one of the coordinators of the TRANSPEER, a training opportunity for the wider employability of researchers currently recruiting participants.
