Ana Paula Santos
Ana Paula Santos is a Post-Doc researcher at GPlantS since 2006.
Ana Paula Santos was award with the PhD in Biology (2002) by FCUL. She was also a post-doc at John Innes Centre, U.K.
Ana Paula’s current research interests are the impact of abiotic stresses on regulation of chromatin remodeling and on epigenetic marks, namely DNA methylation and histone modifications of the rice genome. She is also interested on understanding the dynamics of plant interphase chromosome and (trans)gene organization, namely its correlation with stress and gene transcription.
