Download the REGISTRATION FORM, complete it and email it to the Meeting Secretariat at secretariado_9SPCETC@ibet.pt

Please identify clearly your name when ordering the transfer and send us a copy of the transfer receipt by email together with the filled REGISTRATION FORM.

All the names and the information must be clearly stated on the bank transfer and payment receipt (to be sent with registration form), in order for the Organizing Secretariat to trace and acknowledge payment. Full payment of the total costs above-mentioned should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted). Currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant.
