Crystal structures

In order to provide new information about the molecular mechanisms underlying DNA repair we determine crystal structures of the DNA repair enzymes by X-ray crystallography. We have determined the crystal structures of seven uracil-DNA glycosylases (six UNGs and one MUG), one 3-methyladenine DNA glycosylase (AlkA), two Endonuclease III (EndoIII), one mutator protein (MutT) and one DNA replication associated protein (beta-clamp).
