This hands-on workshop focuses on the latest computational protein design using Rosetta and AI-based tools such as RFdiffusion and ProteinMPNN.
The workshop is open to researchers across all career stages and backgrounds, including students, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and professionals from academia or industry. Participants with different perspectives and levels of experience who are interested in exploring or expanding their skills in protein design are welcome.
Participants will work on applications such as enzyme design, binder development, and vaccine-related protein engineering. The workshop combines guided tutorials with time for independent exploration and discussion.
