As part of the MPS_NOVA project, we are organising a Training Workshop on Gender Equality in Hiring and Job Promotion.
The workshop will be led by Daniela Dixon, responsible for People & Organisational Development at the Gender Equality Office of our partner, the Max Delbrück Center (MDC), Berlin.
Topics will include:
• Gender equality in hiring and recruitment processes
• Gender-sensitive organisational culture
• Analysis and use of equality-related data
• Policies and practices to promote gender equality
• Gender balance in leadership and decision-making
• Raising awareness of gender equality among staff and researchers
• Sharing MDC’s experience and strategy in promoting gender equality in the workplace
