Startup Project Development



Endow and coach students with concepts and methods necessary to individually develop a business concept/model around the Business Model Canvas. Namely develop the following dimensions around their individual projects:

  1. Customer identification and segmentation
  2. Value Proposition
  3. Customer relationships and Channels
  4. Revenue structure - how will the project attract and make money?
  5. Key Partnerships, Key Activities & Key Resources
  6. Cost structure: how much is it needed to develop the business plan?
  7. Soft skills: Pitching and communication


In the end, students should be able to

  1. Develop a business case/plan
  2. Pitch (7-10 min) the business case/plan to a large audience of very different backgrounds
