• Development and formulation of Nutraceutical and functional Ingredients;
• Construction of scientific dossiers to industries for health claims;
• Chemical, biological and sensorial characterization of functional products assessed at cellular level in appropriatee cell lines;
• Formulation of new products by incorporation of high value natural extracts, with application in functional food, beverage, nutraceutical and cosmeceutical industries;
• Development of new controled delivery systems using Supercritical Fluid Technology;
• Extraction of natural high added-value products using efficient clean processes from solid or liquid materials, including residues from food industry;
• Encapsulation and micronization of active compounds using non conventional techniques .
