The Gender Equality Working Group (GEWG) was created in 2019 with the aim to:
- Assess general gender balance issues at ITQB NOVA.
- Implement training on gender aspects at ITQB NOVA.
- Promote discussion among the ITQB NOVA community on gender equality.
