Ana Margarida Rosa graduated in Biochemistry and has a MsC in Human Biology and Environment.
Margarida is interested in the field of biochemistry and its applications in the study of protein purification, characterization and activity. While in plant biology, her main interests are in the post-transductional modifications of proteins, particularly in the E2 SUMO conjugating enzymes that play a major role in stress response mechanisms in rice.
