Registration Fee

Registration Fee includes conference materials, coffee/tea breaks, lunch on October 10 and 11, workshop dinner on October 11 and transportation between Hotel Riviera and the Workshop venue BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMODATION.

Registration forms must be submitted until 23:00 GMT, June 30, 2014 to be eligible for the reduced registration fee. Forms received on or after July 1 will be accepted only at the higher fee.

We have obtained a special group rate from Hotel Riviera (****):

Single room - 50 Eur per person per night
Double room - 30 Eur per person per night

These rates are good until August 15. If you whish to share a room, you may specify the name of the desired roommate.

Payment of Fees

Payment for both registration and accomodation should be sent by bank transfer (all charges to be paid by sender) before August 15, 2014 to:

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail addressed to pontinreptin2014@itqb.unl.pt

Cancellation requests submitted before July 31, 2014 will receive 100% of the total fees paid (minus any applicable bank transfer charges).

Cancellation requests submitted before August 15, 2014 will be assessed a 50 Eur cancellation penalty charge.

Cancellation requests submitted after August 15, 2014 will not be refunded.
