The EU H2020 project - IMpaCT will be launching the “CryoEM & BioTech”, a new online seminar series.
One of the IMpaCT Project goals is to promote a closer interface between Cryo-EM technologies in structural biology applied to fundamental research, industry, and medicine. The aim to highlight the collaborative potential of these complementary aspects of scientific research, as well as to broaden the horizons of our early career researchers beyond academia.
The guest speaker of the 1st CryoEM & BioTech seminar will be Dr. Ilaria Ferlenghi, Head of Structural Microscopy, from GSK Vaccines, with a talk entitlçed "An integrated structure-based and ML-based approach for new vaccine identification".
This 1st session will be host by the IMpaCT’s partner Sarah Butcher, from the University of Helsinki.
