Art & Science Exhibition
“PlantLab Sketching” is an Art & Science itinerant exhibition of drawings produced in the context of an “urban sketching” activity organized in the Open Day 2017 of Instituto de Tecnologia Química e Biológica (ITQB NOVA), Portugal.
The sketchers visited plant science laboratories and they draw and wrote in notebooks.
On 26th September 2018 there will be an opening session for teachers and students of Science & Arts of Escola Secundária Luis de Freitas Branco (High Scool Luis Freitas Branco). A plant biotechnology researcher and an urban sketcher will explain the research done in the lab, what is urban sketching and why to join Art & Science.
This exhibition will close on 10th October 2018 and then it will travel to other schools in Portugal during 2018/2019.
