Short course
This course will enable participants to plan their scientific experiments more efficiently and to explore their results more robustly. The following topics will be covered: Linear models for fully randomized experimental designs; Linear mixed models and experimental design and analysis of single or series of experiments; GxE models and analysis of multiple traits.
Participants will be evaluated on their performance analyzing the case studies presented throughout the course.
Credits: 1.5 ECTS
Target audience
PhD students and young researchers, in particular those in the field of Plant Biology.
