Abstract:
At the Advanced Cell Models Lab/Animal Cell Technology Unit our research is focused on the study of cellular microenvironment in disease progression and biopharmaceutical response, developing and employing advanced cell-based disease models. The talk will comprise a brief overview of the ongoing projects and will mainly focus on our recent advances in the development of cancer cell models that retain key features of tumour microenvironment.
