Title: The bumpy road to get structures of membrane proteins
Speaker: Margarida Archer

Abstract: An overview of the process from gene to structure will be
given pinpointing some specificity related to membrane proteins. A case
study on the 3D structure of mycobacterial glycosyltransferase involved
in the synthesis of cell wall components will be presented highlighting
what have we learnt from the structure solved by cryo electron
microscopy and what we still don´t understand about it.
