Project: Scale – up of the supercritical fluid extraction of emulsion technology using a supercritical fluid extraction column.

Current: Use of supercritical fluids for the formation of nano and microparticles with application in the pharmaceutical and food industry.


Education:

Degree in Chemical Engineering by Escola Técnica Superior de Enxeñería da Universidade de Santiago de Compostela.

Final Year Degree Project: Production plant of carbon dioxide and hydrogen for feeding, from combustion gases of wood residues.

Master in Industrial Processes Engineering by Facultad de Ciencias Químicas de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Thesis: Study on n-hexane-water emulsions with non-toxic surfactants and its possible extrapolation to supercritical CO2.
