ITQB NOVA celebrates “Mental Health and Well-Being Week”

From creative workshops to yoga, nutrition, and open conversations, the community is invited to pause, recharge, and connect.

On the week we celebrate World Mental Health Day (October 10th), ITQB NOVA invites its community to come together for the “Mindset: Mental Health and Well-Being Week”, starting on October 6th.

Funded by BANDUA, a NOVA programme that strengthens mental health and well-being across the academic community, this initiative is designed to create space for recharging, reflection, and connection. The week will feature a world Café, with open discussions on key topics in mental health, interactive activities to relax and connect with others at the end of the day and hands-on workshops featuring practical tools for everyday balance.

Participation is free, but spaces are limited and pre-registration will be required. You will more informaton about registration in your e-mail and at ITQB NOVA corridors.
