ITQB NOVA PhDs Honored on NOVA Day

On 21 NOV, the NOVA community gathered at the Campolide Campus to celebrate NOVA Day, an annual event honoring academic achievements, pedagogical innovation, cultural and sports across its schools and institutes.
At the celebrations, 59 new ITQB NOVA PhD graduates received their insignia, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey.
Paulo Pereira, NOVA Rector, adressed the atteendees: "At NOVA, change will always be built through dialogue, participation, and respect for everyone's contributions."
During the ceremony, the Pedagogical Innovation Prize was awarded to NOVA SBE for the project “Gamifying Calculus: The ‘Calculus of Thrones’ Experiment” and Vasco Mendes, a student-athlete from NOVA FCT, received the Sports Merit Scholarship.
