Symposium to mark the retirement of Prof. Peter Lindley

On the 7th of July, a symposium to mark the retirement of Prof. Peter Lindley, took place at ITQB, as a satellite event of the 8th European Biological Inorganic Chemistry Conference (EUROBIC 8).
Peter Lindley has been the director of ITQB since 2002 and will leave this position at the end of July.
Several scientists that have been involved in Peter Lindley's carreer were invited to the symposium to talk about their research topics and their interaction with the ITQB's director.
The symposium ended with a Banquet at Hotel Praia Mar in Oeiras.
