TIMB3 Project - Upcoming Workshops

The TIMB3 Consortium is organizing a series of Workshops on Vibrational Spectroscopy of Proteins to elucidate structure-dynamics-function relationships in proteins and enzymes with high profile speakers.

The theoretical part of the workshop (22nd–23rd March 2021) will take place in the form of live webinars, focusing on vibrational spectroscopic approaches to elucidate structure-dynamics-function relationships in proteins and enzymes. Registration for the webinar is free but mandatory, if interested contact here.

The workshop webinars are open to Master/PhD students, Postdoc and PI researchers, aiming to familiarize themselves with the theoretical aspects of vibrational spectroscopic techniques.  

The TIMB3 project takes up the challenge of performing innovative research on metalloproteins using biospectroscopy, which will provide detailed molecular insights into the role of diverse metals in biology. Besides the host institution, ITQB NOVA, TIMB3 involves two partners, CIRMMP (Florence, Italy) and the Technical University of Berlin, which possess unmatched expertise in Magnetic Resonance and Vibrational spectroscopies.
