  • Staff teaching assignments at partner universities
  1. Check the [Open Calls & Announcements] section below for active opportunities
  2. Identify a host institution and confirm their availability to receive you
  3. Submit your application to the Erasmus coordinator within the call deadline, including:
    1. CV
    2. Motivation letter and mobility work plan
    3. Invitation or acceptance letter from the host (if available)
    4. Endorsement from your supervisor or group leader
  1. Once selected, sign the Mobility Agreement before departure
