The StartUp Research Programme is a postgraduate course – an advanced training initiative that grants 8 ECTS credits, developed in partnership between ITQB NOVA and NOVA SBE, providing researchers and science and technology managers with essential knowledge in innovation management and entrepreneurship. It aims to foster skills and motivation for the creation of companies that will contribute to the economic development of Oeiras.
The training is designed to have an impact during the phase of developing ideas and business models based on scientific results that already represent a convincing proof of concept (PoC), whether more or less robust. It can accommodate individual researchers without preconceived ideas and/or teams in Phases 1 or 2.
