Project Management

Project Management is responsible for supporting the researchers in the management of their funded projects. Amongst its attributions are the close relationship with the funding agencies and the knowledge of the specific programs, their rules and regulations, the monitoring the administrative and financial details of funded research projects, aiming at smoothing and optimizing the whole process of science administration, including negotiation and reporting processes.
