Accounting, treasury and storage

Accounting, treasury and storage services are integrated in the Administrative, Financial and Assets Division. The division oversees financial, budgetary, and treasury management, as well as procurement, inventory control, storage, and asset registration.

The Division is responsible for: preparing and monitoring budget execution; preparing financial reports leading to the rendering and consolidation of accounts; ensuring the management of income and expenses at treasury level; managing purchases, recruiting and contract management; managing ITQB NOVA’s assets.
