Futsal and basketball
The ITQB NOVA community gathers at Pavilhão Clube Futebol Sassoeiros from time to time to play futsal. Registrations are open throughout the year.
ITQBooks
Student representatives set up a book-sharing shelf at the ITQB NOVA canteen entrance. You can either take a book or leave a book.
International Book Club
Weekly gatherings where international and Portuguese students, researchers, and staff come together to discuss books and current events.
ITQBand
ITQB NOVA's very own band brings music to our community, performing at events like ITQB NOVA Day, Open Day, and more.
Science Outreach
ITQB NOVA strongly encourages researchers and students to participate in the science outreach activities and help get science closer to society.
NOVA Culture
The NOVA Cultura website presents the NOVA’s cultural guide and future events. ITQB NOVA members benefit from discounted access to a variety of cultural events and initiatives.
Volunteering
The first Thursday of each month, ITQB NOVA members volunteer at a local food bank. If you want to help out, please contact Dalila Farinha.

Beach
Praia de Santo Amaro de Oeiras and Praia da Torre are within walking distance from ITQB NOVA.
