The PhD in Sustainable Chemistry is a multidisciplinary program in the central/broad area of chemistry, aiming at providing new focus on sustainable research strategies towards the development of new chemical, processes and products in line with current needs of the Chemical Industry and the demands of society.
The Sustainable Chemistry PhD Program recognizes courses from the following FCT funded PhD scholarships programs:
IGC PhD Programme in Integrative Biology and Biomedicine. This programme, coordinated by the Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência, exposes students to a wide spectrum of different topics in the biological sciences.
Champalimaud International Neuroscience Doctoral Programme. This programme, hosted at the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown, aims to provide students with a foundation to perform innovative and interdisciplinary work in basic or applied neuroscience.
PhD in Cancer. This International Programme, hosted by UAlg, aims to be an international reference in Cancer in its dimensions of basic research, clinical research and medical experimentation.
