We
use Raman, resonance Raman (RR) and surface enhanced resonance Raman
(SERR) spectroscopies in stationary and time resolved modes, in order
to adress and understand the fine tuning of the functional features,
provided by
particular structural motif and/or ligation pattern in various
metalloproteins such as: heme, non-hemic iron, iron-sulfur and blue
copper proteins.
