    Time Resolved SERR Spectroscopy

Electron transfer dynamics of a redox protein adsorbed on coated electrode can be revealed by time-resolved SERR. TR-SERR spectra probe the concentration of the given redox species, in a short (variable) delay time after application of the potential jump, allowing studies of protein reactivity and structure simultaneously, over a very broad time scale, from nanoseconds to hours.
