Open Labs

From 14 to 18 March


 

The Open Labs initiative is targeted to university students wishing to explore research opportunities at ITQB.

From the 14th to 18th of March, ITQB researchers welcome the visit of students interested in joining ITQB to develop their Master theses, to acquire research experience, to apply for a PhD fellowship or to further enrich their research career.

Visits will follow a very informal format but prior registration is advisable (sci@itqb.unl.pt).

Other Opportunities

  • This year, ITQB is also organizing a Summer School - Summer Science @ ITQB NOVA. It will provide the opportunity to have an in-depth look at science and research during one week at ITQB. You will spend approximately 35 hours in a laboratory of your choice and participate in various round tables discussing scientific topics. You will also have the opportunity to participate in social activities that will allow you to meet and interact with scientists and, most of all, have fun.
